Each of our bespoke lifts comes with heavy-duty hinged landing doors – single or double depending on car size – which can be complimented with a choice of drop-bar or lattice gate protection to the car.
In most cases, the drive unit is fixed at the top of the structure with a chain drive arrangement. We also supply goods lifts that are specifically designed to transport pallets, which are fitted with timber buffer rails for extra wall protection.

Typically, it takes anywhere from 1 to 5 days to install a bespoke goods lift. The exact installation timeframe depends on the lift configuration that we supply, as well as other factors, including how many levels the lift needs to serve, and whether the lift has been provided within its own framework/structure.
The power requirements of our bespoke goods lifts are generally a three-phase supply with a 16-amp breaker, requiring a lockable isolator to be located directly adjacent to where the lift would be.
We keep building works to a minimum with the installation of our bespoke goods lifts. We can supply the lift inside its own framework, which minimises the requirement to build a block-work shaft. There may be an element of making good to be done in and around the lift area, once our works are complete.
We stand behind our products with a comprehensive warranty package. Our new lift installations come with a 12-month parts and labour warranty, which means we’ll promptly address any issues identified within this period at no additional cost to you. Typically, the ongoing maintenance cost of our bespoke goods lifts is between £250 and £350 per year, on a basic biannual service contract.
